The facilities actually at the Santa Barbara are quite limited. However, this is made clear beforehand and, what there is, is good quality. Anything else is readily available at sister resorts or in the local area.

The rooms were fully equipped and everything was in working condition.

When we were checking in, there were some flowers that gave an ugly smell, luckily the flowers were changed by the second day and the smell went away.It is a great hotel.

There were some unfortunate incidents involving the front desk staff that left a negative impression on certain guests.

Nice property in a good location with excellent staff at a very reasonable price! I would definitely stay there again. Would be great for extended stays due to full kitchen and dining table in the room.

The room was beautiful and comfy, with a spa bath that I used every day. The location was near the beach, and the view from the higher floors of the ocean was really nice. I felt comfortable and at home here.
